Re: KraDeNines' training guide
You're right, this is outdated. Atleast at some points.
Level 1-10:
Beginner quests / tutorial
Level 10-26:
Red Golems in golem temple
Level 26-30:
New Leaf City Quiz
Level 30-40/50:
Gold Beach, first map to the left. Depending on your class or funding, you can leave there to next location at level 40, if not, it's recommended to to the next location at level 50.
Level 40/50-70:
Drakes first map to the right in Sleepywood.
Level 70-100:
Option 1: Sahel 2 in the Nihal Desert.
Option 2: Mysterious Road 3.
Level 100-140/165:
Veracent, at the map Bleak Hallway untill atleast 130-140, and if you're strong enough and have enough status restistance, then move from there to Dim light just a few maps away. Stay there till 160-165.
Level 160/165-190:
Knight Chamber 1-5, if you're able to get a bishop to door you to the map, then do so at level 160. If not, do the prequests at 165 and go there by yourself. You're also able to use the Guild skill called "I Summon Thee" to be teleported in there by a Guildie. If your funding is low, you could stay here till level 200, but will take some time.
Level 190+:
From here you have plenty of options, you have Armory 2, which is no longer recommended duo to the EXP nerf they just got. Although, the EXP is not terrible, but a bit annoying with 25Mill health and lower EXP than Warrior Grounds. Looking away from Armory 2, you have Warrior Ground in Twilight Perion. Good spawn, good EXP. Scrapyard is also nice place to grind, but also require some funding, so if you lack funding, Warrior Grounds is the place for you.
Level 200+:
Maze is a very efficient place to grind, but also a dangerous one. Going from Warrior Grounds into the Maze, there is a map called "Dangerous Road. This is where those who aim for 250 train, the mobs there are giving a HUGE amount of EXP, but they also got 75 Mill health. Along with that, they have the ability to debuff you, so you will need status resistance or a party member that can clear the top lane for you (Only the top lane mobs debuff you). These mobs are level 219, so it's great for those who have the funding for it.
Moving on from Dangerous Road, you have Scrapyard, a map called Black Heaven Maze 5. Located in Scrapyard. Those mobs are level 230, so it's not very efficient for parties if your level is below 225. You have to be 5 levels under the mobs in the map to be able to leech from a party member, and the maximum leech level between party members is 20 level difference. So unless you can solo the map or don't mind not being able to leech from your friends, then this is a very good place to grind. The spawnrate is good, and the EXP is great. However these mobs also got tons of health.

Those are not the best methods for all jobs. Depending on your skills and funding.
